Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within the same day of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Cancellation Policy Or Change Of Order
Any changes in order including cancellation must inform to us before 4pm (GMT+8 Malaysia Local Time) on the same business day, or before 11am (GMT+8 Malaysia Local Time) next day if your order was placed after 4pm. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee for the changes or cancellation.
Handling and Freshness
All products shipped from us are directly shipped in frozen state from our factory or our frozen food delivery partner.
Please freeze the products immediately upon received. Products must remain frozen until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 24 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. We are committed to use only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservative nor coloring. Properly stored in the freezer will remain fresh and delicious for approximately twelve (12) months.
退款和更换
基于冷冻食品属于易腐性,我们无法接受退货。 如果您对购买的商品有任何不满意,请务必在收到订单当天与我们联系。我们拥有退款限制和货品更换的权利。并且每个订单只限提供一次的更换服务。
取消或更改订单
如果订单有任何更改,包括取消,必须在同一工作日下午 4 点(GMT+8 马来西亚当地时间)之前通知我们。如果订单是在下午 4 点之后才确认,则必须在第二天上午 11 点(GMT+8 马来西亚当地时间)之前通知我们。 否则我们无法保证可以更改或取消该订单。
保持新鲜与处理方式
所有发货的产品均以冷冻状态,并直接由我们的工厂或我们的冷冻食品运输合作伙伴发送。
请收件人在收到食品后立即安排冷冻。 该食品必须保持冷冻状态直到食用为止。 如果收到货品后的 24 小时内未通知我们食品的损坏情况,一切损失将由消费者承担。 我们承诺只使用最优质的材料。 此外,我们的产品更不含人工防腐剂和色素。 正确的冷藏可在十二 (12) 个月内保持食品的新鲜和美味。
